Selecting each course is an essential part of stimulating the palate. All of our entrees are prepared fresh for you by one of our professional chefs. We offer a wide variety of unique dishes.  All dishes are made from scratch; all ingredients hand picked by our chefs to bring you the best quality meats and vegetables. We now offer vegetarian, vegan, heart healthy, and gluten free selections. Feel free to inquire about custom menu options.

Course One – Bread

Every meal begins with bread to stimulate the appetite.

Course Two – Soup

  • South Western Corn and Black Bean
    • Description

      A homemade rich creamy soup with a black pepper spice and filled with fresh corn kernels, smoked black beans, garden red onions, and sweet bell peppers.
  • Cream Of Orange
    • Description

      The homemade rich flavor of an orange reduction sauce is smoothed out with a creamy delight and complimented with raspberries and mint from the garden.
  • New England Clam Chowder
    • Description

      A creamy blend of corn chowder, fresh vegetables, soft potatoes, an array of baby clams with fresh herbs from our garden and a seashell garnish.
  • Chilled Strawberry
    • Description

      The perfect way to cool down in the summer, this soup is homemade with fresh strawberries, cream, ice, and secrete ingredients that will make your tongue tingle.

Course Three – Salad

  • Cranberry Orange Salad
    • Description

      A sweet and sour mix of candied orange peels and fresh cranberries, delicately designed over fresh artisan lettuce.
  • Blackberry Walnut
    • Description

      Fresh blackberries tossed with crushed walnuts and zingy lemon zest all folded into an artisan lettuce mixture.
  • Almond Raspberry
    • Description

      Artisan lettuce topped with slivered almonds, fresh raspberries, and lemon zest. This salad pairs best with our sweet maple vinaigrette dressing.
  • Garden
    • Description

      Fresh romaine lettuce topped with red onions, tomatoes, and Greek olives.
  • Blue Cheese and Pear
    • Description

      Fresh baby spinach, blue cheese crumbles, juicy pear, and chefs garnish.

Course Four – Appetizer

  • Chipotle Bacon Wrapped Chicken
    • Description

      Smoked bacon wrapped tenderly around juicy chicken breast which is broiled until crispy before being toss in our Chipotle barbecue sauce and served with a spicy mustard compliment.
  • Bacon Wrapped Scallops
    • Description

      This dish is a favorite among our guest due to the extra large sea scallops wrapped in a smoked maple bacon and topped with a lemon cranberry sauce with fresh minced green onion.
  • Pineapple Cajun Shrimp Cocktail
    • Description

      Wild Shrimp served with diced fresh pineapple, hot Cajun spice and cocktail sauce with a lemon twist on top.
  • Orange Beef
    • Description

      An unusual special dish with beef tenderloin seared and served rare with orange spirals, candied orange peels, and topped with a hot orange sauce.
  • Stuffed Mushrooms
    • Description

      Button Mushrooms stuffed with spicy local sausage, Parmesan cheese, red bell pepper, garlic, and cilantro.
  • Ahi Tuna
    • Description

      Sashimi style Ahi Tuna is rolled in black pepper, lemon, black sesame seeds, and ginger before being seared and served rare with specialty dipping sauces.
  • Steamed Artichoke (vegetarian selection)

      Large artichoke steamed to perfection and covered in a garlic butter sauce.
  • Asian Avocado (Vegan Selection)
    • Description

      Ripe avocado covered in spicy red pepper and Asian soy sauce.

Course Five – Cleanse the Palate

A flavorful sorbet is included with every meal to cleanse your taste buds before savoring your main course.

Course Six – Entrée

  • Filet Mignon
    • Description

      Our Filet Mignon is carefully seasoned to complement the meat without overpowering it.  We marinate in our custom filet marinade before placing on the grill or wood fire.
  • New York Strip
    • Description

      New York Strip Steak is a flavorful steak that will stand on its own while complementing it’s marinade.  We stuff the best NY cuts with garlic and bast them in Teriyaki, Worcestershire, and hickory smoked barbecue sauce while absorbing the succulent flavors of the grill.
  • Ribeye
    • Description

      A well marbled steak with juicy fat melting on the grill to make a tender steak, the most flavor of them all.  We marinate in a smoky Teriyaki sauce with chipotle spice before its set on the grill to cook to perfection.
  • Prime Rib*
    • Description

      Perfectly roasted boneless prime rib is one of our favorite dishes to prepare.  To keep the meet tender we only offer this cooked medium rare or medium.  Enjoy a spicy chipotle, pepper, and herb crust and a juicy, flavorful meat that is tender enough to cut with a butter knife.  (Try it with our spicy roasted potatoes.)*Please check with your chef in advance for availability.
  • Picanha (Brazilian Top Sirloin)
    • Description

      Picanha is the favorite grilling steak in Brazil.  Here, we keep to the traditions, covering the meat with rock salt and roasting to perfection.  Pianha is always served with a onion, tomato, parsley, and red pepper salsa that has been tossed in balsamic vinegar.

*All red meats will be cooked medium unless specified otherwise.


  • Chicken Parmesan
    • Description

      Our prime chicken breast is hand-breaded and pan fried before being placed on top of spaghetti; tossed in a sweet tomato sauce with an herb garnish.
  • Lemon Herb Chicken
    • Description

      Our lemon herb chicken is seared hot on the grill after being marinated in fresh lemon juice and tossed in fresh herbs from the garden.
  • Cordon Bleu Chicken
    • Description

      Ham and Swiss cheese is placed in the center of tender chicken breast before being dipped in butter, rolled in bread crumbs, baked, and topped with a creamy Cordon Bleu sauce.
  • Imperial Chicken
    • Description

      Our prime chicken breast is dipped in butter and breaded in Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, pepper, parsley, and stuffed with cream cheese and dried cranberries before being baked until tender and juicy.
  • Grilled Chicken with Blue Cheese Sauce
    • Description

      Juicy chicken breast is stuffed with blue cheese and cream cheese and grilled before being covered with a blue cheese and herb cream sauce.
  • Lemon Artichoke Chicken
    • Description

      A golden and crisp outside with a Parmesan, lemon, and artichoke cream sauce, hinted with sherry.



  • Wildfire Scallops
    • Description

      Our large, delectable scallops are covered in red pepper before being cooked in our lemon butter sauce.  The combination of red pepper and butter sauce creates an addictive and creative dish of savory and spicy.
  • Whiskey Fire Shrimp
    • Description

      Extra large shrimp are covered in our Cajun spice, a well balanced blend of handpicked spices, and perfectly complements the shrimp as it browns to perfection before being doused in a whiskey, lemon, butter, and herb sauce.
  • Atlantic Salmon
    • Description

      Wild salmon is coated in butter and garlic for moisture and flavor before being seared to medium well.  Toppings are seasonal and range from tomato basil, red pepper salsa, lemon sauce, or a cranberry orange sauce.
  • Lobster
    • Description

      Our Lobster is bought live and fresh, steamed until tender, and served with a delicious lemon butter sauce.  We prefer to serve the whole lobster but tails are available as well.  Lobster is available at market price but usually averages $20.00 per pound.
  • Ahi Tuna
    • Description

      Sashimi style Ahi Tuna is rolled in black pepper, lemon, black sesame seeds, and ginger before being seared and served rare with a lemon ginger sauce.
  • Tilapia
    • Description

      Our Tilapia is seared until golden brown and topped with a lemon, almond, and blueberry butter sauce.


  • Pork Chops
    • Description

      Tender and juicy pork chops are seasoned with black pepper, seared in hot butter and finished with an apricot glaze.
  • Pork Tenderloin
    • Description

      This spicy adventure begins with a chipotle pepper seasoning and ends with a smooth pork gravy drizzle and pairs nicely with our spicy roasted potatoes and grilled asparagus.





  •  Spaghetti Squash
    • Description

      This roasted delight is filled with fresh vegetables and can be dressed with a sweet tomato sauce, a creamy alfredo sauce, or tossed in olive oil.
  • Angel Hair Pasta
    • Description

      Soft angel hair pasta is tossed with fresh tomatoes, garlic, black olives, parsley and wine.


  • Asian Sesame Tofu
    • Description

      Tofu covered in sesame seeds and a sweet Asian sauce before being sauteed in olive oil.

  •  Lamb Chops
    • Description

      Our hand selected lamb chops are rubbed with salt, pepper, and garlic before being placed on the grill or over the open fire and finished with a mint glaze.
  • Smoky Mountain Trout
    • Description

      Fresh Smoky Mountain Trout is brown in butter until tender and finished with lemon juice to add a sizzle.  We top our trout with a custom sauce consisting of dried cranberries and slivered almonds in a lemon cream sauce.

      Our famous and award winning homemade pies are a four generation old recipe which starts with a flakey crust made from scratch and filled with the fruit of your choice and complimented with a hint of nutmeg and cinnamon.
  • Crème Brûlée

      This sweet delight is a guest favorite for its hint of vanilla flavor and crisp brown sugar crust covered in a fresh fruit topping.
